This is a spice blend I always have on hand.
It is best suited to season meats and poultries
from all walks of life.
1/2 c Kosher Salt
1/4 c Medium Grind Black Pepper
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
Add above ingredients to an airtight container, shake like the dickens and store, sealed, with other spices.
