The weekly meal planner provides you with dinnertime suggestions and pairings, as well as fun new ways to put leftovers to good use.
When I am coming up with a meal planner, there are many things I take into consideration. I want to provide you with a descent variety of proteins, to give you to have a fair balance between comforting, "good for the soul" type of dinners and "good for you" (and the waistline) type of dinners...with a definite emphasis on comforting though Another really important thing I take into consideration is your time. If you look closely, you'll see lots of suggestions as to how to use up leftovers, while also keeping dinners fresh and new.
The meal planner is not meant to be some sort of strict dinnertime schedule. Just a helping hand in the planning (and pairing) department. Pick and choose the days you like best, and have some fun in the kitchen.
