Cinnamon-Coffee Martini | Cocktail

Cinnamon-Coffee Martini

Chocolatey and rich with spice, this cocktail is the perfect beginning, or ending, to any meal.

Two things I'm addicted to? Chocolate (check) and coffee (check). I am a lover of all things chocolate, always have been. This my friends, is something that cannot be denied. Whether it's packaged in a cookie, cake or brownie, I'll take it. And while I can't say I've loved it since childhood, I'm also a pretty big fan of coffee, espresso and all the like. I've got two little ones at my feet, an endless to-do list. Naturally, I'm tired. And, while I'm relieved to say I'm not addicted to the stuff, I sure don't mind a little firewater every now and again. I did mention I had two kids, right?

This cocktail is perfect for any chocolate or coffee-loving, tired momma (or daddy) who just needs a sweet little retreat or a much needed time out.

1 oz Coffee Liqueur

1 oz Rumchata

3 oz Half and Half

Have ready a chilled martini glass. If desired, drizzle the inside of glass with chocolate syrup and set aside. Add the ingredients to an iced shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour contents of the shaker into chilled glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
